Description:
Ollie and his four siblings were found with their mum, Lucy struggling to survive the harsh Romanian winter. Lucy was doing her best to care for them, but thankfully they were found in time and taken to the safety of Happys.
Ollie is the sweetest, most friendly, gentle and loveable boy. Ollie doesn’t have a tail, just a cute little stubbie. He is extremely affectionate and gives the best cuddles. He loves to be brushed and groomed; he just loves attention. He is so fabulous, a large innocent boy, a bit nervous about new things. However, he is the first to come over and say hello to new people, he breaks the ice, and his siblings follow.
We are looking for a rural/semi-rural home with a nice secure garden with a lawn. Preferably another friendly dog to play with; walks from the doorstep would be great as Ollie, like all his siblings, is not used to traffic and a busy environment. We are looking for a home for Ollie with older children. He has not been cat tested.
He is happy to be on a lead and loves nothing better than getting out and about for a good sniff and walks. He grows more confident by the day, and he enjoys watching the horses, which does not faze him.
Ollie is a real gentle giant with the most soulful eyes and beautiful golden flecks in his coat. He so deserves a loving family of his own; if you think that could be you, please fill out a registration form.
Thank you for your interest in Ollie if you would like to apply to adopt one of our dogs, please read the ‘How do I Adopt’ pages, where you can find more information about the process and the costs involved.
As you can imagine, each one of our dogs is very precious to us, they haven’t had the best start in life, and therefore, it is absolutely crucial we find the right homes for them. When you complete a registration form, please tell us as much as you can about why you are looking to adopt a dog and how you think you can meet their needs. Every dog is an individual, and our amazing rehoming team will know exactly what type of home each dog needs to thrive. For example, will the dog cope with a small garden, or is it the type of dog who needs to live in a rural environment? Will the dog enjoy being around children, or is it best suited to an adult only home? Will it cope with sharing a home with other pets, or is it best as an only dog? Are you outdoorsy types who like to go hiking, or would you prefer a dog who is happy to snuggle up on the sofa with you? Our rehoming team will be very familiar with the needs of each of our dogs, and the information you provide on your application form will help them to match you with the right dog.
