Description:

Libby and her four siblings were found with their mum, Lucy struggling to survive the harsh Romanian winter. Lucy was doing her best to care for them, but thankfully they were found in time and taken to the safety of Happys.

Libby is the most confident of the litter and will be the first to come to you for fuss and attention. Gentle, sweet, friendly, and playful Libby would make the most glorious family dog. Libby walks well on a lead and loves to be groomed.

Although she is now fully grown, Libby is still a pup mentally and will need a careful introduction to living in a home. Libby can get over excitable and jump up to say hello, so with this in mind, only homes with older sensible children will be considered. We would love Libby to be rehomed with another friendly dog. Libby has not been cat tested.

We are looking for a rural/semi-rural home with a nice secure garden and lawn. We would preferably like another friendly dog for her to play with. Walks from the doorstep would be great as Libby, like all her siblings, is not used to traffic and a busy environment.

Libby has such a sweet, friendly, playful nature and just needs someone that will give her love and allow her the time and space to blossom, and when she does, we promise your heart will melt.

Thank you for your interest in Libby. If you would like to apply to adopt one of our dogs, please read the ‘How do I Adopt’ pages, where you can find more information about the process and the costs involved.

As you can imagine, each one of our dogs is very precious to us, they haven’t had the best start in life, and therefore, it is absolutely crucial we find the right homes for them. When you complete a registration form, please tell us as much as you can about why you are looking to adopt a dog and how you think you can meet their needs. Every dog is an individual, and our amazing rehoming team will know precisely what type of home each dog needs to thrive. For example, will the dog cope with a small garden, or is it the type of dog who needs to live in a rural environment? Will the dog enjoy being around children, or is it best suited to an adult only home? Will it cope with sharing a home with other pets, or is it best as an only dog? Are you outdoorsy types who like to go hiking, or would you prefer a dog who is happy to snuggle up on the sofa with you? Our rehoming team will be very familiar with the needs of each of our dogs, and the information you provide on your application form will help them to match you with the right dog.

We’d love to chat…
