Description:

Please meet the stunningly beautiful Jessica

Whilst our vet, Denisa, was out visiting a friend, this sweet little girl seized her moment.  Following behind at a distance Denisa called and with hope in her eyes Jessica came quickly to arms that waited for her.  How could we leave this poor girl alone on the street to fend for herself for the winter months?
Jessica was rehomed in the UK back in January 2022 but now, through no fault of her own, she is looking for a new home.

Jessica is a very sweet loving girl and has a great personality. She takes time to build trust but once she has bonded with you she is the most loving dog and will have a special connection with you.

She can sometimes be nervous of new people and protective of someone she has bonded with. This is typically the case with anyone coming into the home. She has snapped at a few people when they have approached her in the home so it’s best people build trust with over time.

She can live with or without another dog but does enjoy the company of dogs. She is good with other dogs and can be off lead. She loves to be chased by other dogs and play. She has a lot of energy but can equally relax at home for long hours during the day and can be left easily without worry.

She reacts to people knocking on the door but is obedient and will stop barking when told.

She is toilet trained and obedient to commands.

Jessica is a very sweet girl who just wants to be loved. She loves a cuddle and will shower you with bundles of affection. She’s a very unique dog and anyone would be lucky to have her. She has not been cat tested

Thank you for your interest in Jessica if you would like to apply to adopt one of our dogs, please read the ‘How do I Adopt’ pages, where you can find more information about the process and the costs involved.

As you can imagine, each one of our dogs is very precious to us, they haven’t had the best start in life and therefore it is absolutely crucial we find the right homes for them.  When you complete a registration form, please tell us as much as you can about why you are looking to adopt a dog and how you think you can meet their needs.  Every dog is an individual and our amazing rehoming team will know exactly what type of home each dog needs to thrive.  For example, will the dog cope with a small garden or is it the type of dog who needs to live in a rural environment?  Will the dog enjoy being around children, or is it best suited to an adult only home?  Will it cope sharing a home with other pets, or is it best as an only dog?  Are you outdoorsy types who like to go hiking, or would you prefer a dog who is happy to snuggle up on the sofa with you?  Our rehoming team will be very familiar with the needs of each of our dogs and the information you provide on your application form will help them to match you with the right dog.

We’d love to chat…
